Combat cellulite and edema
This is a training program to activate the gluteal muscles and stimulate lymph flow in the lower extremities. Active work by the glutes takes the strain off of the thigh muscles, which significantly decreases their bulk. Lymph drainage helps prevent edema and cellulite. Regularly and systematically working the gluteal muscles raises and tightens them, thins the thighs, and makes the legs look longer.
